I need some volunteer advice.
There is an area about four hours from my home town that is flooding. I would like to go down there and volunteer to suck out some homes. I don’t do floods but do know how to get water out of the basement. I have done about a dozen but really hate it so I don’t do it on a regular basis. My question/s to all of you are/is: Who do I call to volunteer? Can I get someone to help offset the cost of the fuel without looking like “why did I even bother to volunteer?” What are my liabilities
